Apply NowThe Sales Representative is responsible to increase sales profitable sales revenue in the region and all first hand interactions with potential customers of Carlisle Wide Plank Floors. Specifically, the sales person conducts detailed phone conversations pertaining to our products, business philosophy and commitment to service excellence. Not only will they respond to incoming inquiries as they occur, but they will aggressively pursue the potential for repeat business and will explore all avenues to develop new business relationships and opportunities. They are responsible for initiating follow up contact to provide each customer with the information necessary to order our products. Additionally, they are expected to work cooperatively and effectively as a member of both their designated sales team and the Carlisle sales force as a whole. This includes, but is not limited to positive group interaction, role modeling, sharing responsibilities and collaboratively solving issues as they arise.
