Overview

This stunning space was created by Bromley Caldari Architects in the affluent 200 Central Park South towers. The homeowners wanted dramatically dark wood flooring to elevate the look and feel of their spacious high rise which looks across the picturesque beauty of Central Park. The custom stain, reminiscent of a delicious square of dark chocolate, is as decadent as it is impressively stylish.  And this wood is as practical as it is beautiful. White Oak is popular for its dense fibers making it one of the most durable wood floors with a versatile look that gives depth and life to any room, especially one with a view.
